Hair Transplantation:

Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) is an advanced hair transplant surgical technique that involves the extraction and transplantation of individual hair follicles from the patient’s scalp. During the procedure, a micro-motor punch is used to manually remove hair follicles, which are then implanted into the thinning or balding areas of the scalp

The technique offers several advantages over traditional hair transplant methods. The extracted hair follicles can be implanted into the scalp in a more precise manner, which helps to improve the overall density, volume, and distribution of hair in the affected areas.

Additionally, patients who require only a small number of grafts can benefit from the FUE technique, as it provides a natural-looking. One of the most significant advantages of the FUE technique is that it does not leave any linear scars, which is a common side effect of other hair transplant methods.

Furthermore, the recovery time is shorter than traditional methods, and patients can resume their normal activities within a few days of the procedure. The FUE technique also allows for the transplantation of body hair, which can be used to create a more natural-looking hairline. The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia, and it typically takes around nine months to a year to see the best possible results.

After the hair transplant procedure, patients may experience some mild swelling in the scalp and forehead area, which is normal and usually subsides within a few days. It is essential to follow the post-operative care instructions provided by the surgeon to ensure a successful recovery and optimal results.
